Victoria Grill

We had booked this restaurant as we had heard there weren&rsquo;t many places open in Varenna in late Oct. We had 3 pizzas, an aubergine parmigiana and puddings.  It was all really good, nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly service. Wine recommendation was good and good value.  We would certainly return and recommend.

We loved it again. Wine, eggplant parm, pesto pasta, and beef entrec&ocirc;te&hellip;all very good&hellip;oh, of course, and the dessert special.

Online reservations were a definite plus!  The food was great and the service was excellent. Nice wine selection as well.  The restaurant is on the main Varenna piazza but enclosed with AC which was much appreciated on a hot evening.  Definitely recommend!

The service was good and the waiters very friendly. The food was mixed - I had a calzone with ham and artichokes which was very good. The person I was with ordered pasta which was not even Al dente - it was practically uncooked.
